Jurisdiction and governing law - This User Agreement / Terms & Conditions is in accordance with the applicable laws of India. The honorable Courts at Amravati, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction in all types of proceedings arising out of this agreement, which shall be in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The honorable Court of Amravati alone shall have the jurisdiction and the Laws of India shall be applied.

Disclaimer of Warranty
